I embarked on my career in 1994 at a small, pioneering company commercializing Postgres. After its acquisition by Informix in 1996, my journey led me through several startups before landing at powerhouses Peoplesoft, Oracle, BEA, and VMware.

It’s hard to say which type of company taught me more: the small, intense, all-things-to-all-people environment of startups, or the enormous expectations and pressure-filled activities of, say, speaking to an audience of 5,000. Regardless, I’ve spent the past decade in management, applying my expertise in product marketing at pre-IPO SaaS firms while providing “servant leadership” with boldness, kindness, and decisiveness.

This blend of experiences, from startups to large corporations, enriches my toolkit. I deliver unparalleled value for each client, regardless of size, product, or mission.

Finally, I must acknowledge the invaluable personal connections I've cultivated over the years. I've been fortunate to have mentors who have guided me, and I've also had the privilege of mentoring others. Moreover, I've been blessed with lasting friendships that span a lifetime.
